A SANCTUARY SHAPED BY WATER, STONE AND LIGHT
A contemporary landscape where architecture emerges from the desert through a composition of sculptural stone, still water and carefully controlled vegetation.
The garden is conceived as a sequence of contrasting atmospheres — from open mineral spaces to intimate shaded courtyards — where water introduces calm, vegetation creates softness and warm light transforms the landscape after sunset.
THE CONCEPT
WATER TEMPLE
Water Temple is conceived as a contemporary sanctuary where architecture and water become a single spatial experience.
Monumental stone walls frame a sequence of reflecting pools and vertical water curtains, creating a strong sense of symmetry, depth and permanence. The architecture remains rigorous and understated, allowing the movement of water and the surrounding vegetation to become the primary sensory elements.
A central axis guides the visitor through the garden toward the main water feature, creating a gradual transition from arrival to contemplation.
As daylight fades, integrated warm lighting reveals the texture of the stone, the movement of falling water and the reflections across the pools, transforming the temple into an atmospheric nocturnal landscape.

TRHEE MOMENTS
1 - WATER ARRIVAL
A ceremonial entrance defined by water and stone.
The journey begins along a controlled axis framed by dark architectural stone and narrow reflecting pools.
Vertical water elements introduce movement and sound, creating a gradual transition from the exterior landscape into the calm atmosphere of the temple.
The composition is deliberately symmetrical, establishing a sense of order, anticipation and quiet luxury.
2 - TEMPLE COURT
The heart of the project.
A monumental central water wall becomes the focal point of the garden.
Still pools surround the architectural structure, multiplying the stone, vegetation and sky through reflection. A central stone pathway leads directly toward the water feature, reinforcing the ceremonial character of the space.
The balance between solid stone, moving water and open negative space creates a powerful architectural composition.
3 - NIGHT WATER
When water becomes light.
After sunset, the character of the temple changes completely.
Warm integrated lighting reveals the texture of the stone while illuminating the falling water from within. Reflections extend the architecture across the dark surface of the pools, creating a sense of infinite depth.
The result is an intimate and immersive environment where water, architecture and light become one continuous experience.
